Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hawkeye Dynamics, we value the trust you place in our training programs. We understand that situations may arise which necessitate the cancellation of your booking. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to address such circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. 30 Days Prior to the Training Event:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the training event. To cancel, please email us at david@hawkeyedynamics.com with your name, the name of the course, and the start date.

2. Between 15 to 29 Days Prior to the Training Event:

If you cancel between 15 to 29 days prior to the start date of the training event, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee.

3. Less than 15 Days Prior to the Training Event:

Unfortunately, if a cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the training event start date, no refunds can be issued due to the resources and personnel we’ve allocated to your training.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your attendance at a course, please contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 15 days prior to the course start date, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

No Shows

If a participant fails to attend a training session without prior notice, the entire course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations by Hawkeye Dynamics

Hawkeye Dynamics reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollments or events beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, participants can opt to reschedule to a future date or another course.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during registration. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Changes to this Policy

Hawkeye Dynamics reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. If we make changes that affect our cancellation or refund policy, we will notify you via email.
