At Hawkeye Dynamics, we take pride in delivering exceptional training experiences in complex and high-risk environments. We also understand that life happens and plans may change. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and related conditions for both in-person and online training.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all training services provided by Hawkeye Dynamics, including in-person courses, live online sessions, and self-paced digital training. It applies to individual participants, corporate clients, and bookings made via third parties.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, a minimum 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable unless agreed in writing under exceptional circumstances. Full payment of course fees is due no later than 5 business days after the invoice is issued. If payment is not received within 10 business days of the due date, Hawkeye Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or suspend your booking. Late payments may also incur interest at a rate of 15% per annum, calculated daily until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Any additional costs agreed upon in advance, such as travel, accommodation, or third-party materials, will be invoiced separately.
3. Cancellations by Client
All bookings for in-person training require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total course fee at the time of registration. If the client cancels 30 calendar days or more prior to the course start date, a refund of 50% of the total course fee will be issued, with the deposit retained by Hawkeye Dynamics. If the client cancels between 15 and 29 calendar days prior to the course start date, 25 percent of the total course fee will be refunded and the remaining 75 percent, including the non-refundable deposit, will be retained by Hawkeye Dynamics. Cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the course start date are not eligible for any refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@hawkeyedynamics.com, and the effective cancellation date will be the date such written notice is received by Hawkeye Dynamics.
4. Rescheduling
We understand plans may change. If you notify us at least 15 days prior to the course, we will attempt to reschedule your attendance based on availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of the course start date may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation.
5. No Shows
Failure to attend a course without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee. No refunds or credits will be provided.
6. Online Course Refunds
Due to the instant nature of digital content delivery, no refunds are offered for online courses once access has been granted. Please read course descriptions carefully before purchase.
7. Cancellations by Hawkeye Dynamics
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a transfer to another available date or course. We are not liable for any costs incurred by the participant (e.g. travel or accommodation) due to course cancellation.
8. Termination for Breach
Hawkeye Dynamics reserves the right to terminate your participation in a course, without refund, if you breach the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, or if payment is overdue by more than 10 business days and remains unpaid after written notice has been provided.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted to our website.
